Issues of mental health, depression in particular, will affect 1 in 4 people during their lifetime. This means almost everybody is at some stage during their lives affected in some way, either as a sufferer or a carer, family member, friend or work colleague. Yet there remains very little awareness or encouragement around mental health and wellness.
